Understanding your building before a single cable is ordered means every specification is right the first time – and there are no expensive surprises on fit-out day.

Technical DesignOur network engineers (Cisco certified, 10+ years each) produce full schematics, BOMs, and configuration files before a single cable is cut. You receive a complete, documented design package – not a ballpark estimate and a handshake. Every design is reviewed against your construction programme and future IoT roadmap.

Procurement & SupplyWe are direct partners with Cisco, Aruba, Ubiquiti, Siemon, and Commscope. You get partner pricing without the partner markup. We hold Australian stock – no 12-week import delays holding up your construction programme. All hardware is pre-staged and tested at our facility before it arrives on site.

Installation & ConfigurationLicensed, insured, audited technicians. We terminate, test, label, and document every single drop. Rack-and-stack switching, firewall configuration, AP mounting – every element is delivered to spec with full as-built documentation handed over on practical completion.

Contract MaintenanceMonthly or quarterly retainer. 4-hour SLA for critical outages. Proactive firmware updates, security patches, and switch health checks. We even train your building manager on the dashboard. When something goes wrong, the person who picks up the phone is the same engineer who installed it.
