Federal Government Building – 5 Level A-Grade Office

A new 5-level A-grade commercial office of 35,000m² NLA. The solution reduced cabled infrastructure and active hardware across the site while delivering a secure, stable, failsafe and resilient infrastructure for the day-to-day operation of the building.

A 12-level, gold WELLs and 5-star NABERS rated mixed-use 80,000m² development – commercial office, a 130-room hotel, and retail precinct. 4 hyperconverged servers hosting 14 virtual machines for all building services on a single secure platform.

124-Room Hotel & Office Complex

The original design required up to 6× CAT6 cables per hotel room. By redesigning the network, we reduced this to a single cable per room leveraging an Aruba AP in each room as a consolidation point – massively simplified, secure, and cost-effective.
